digiTICKET’s core technology is Microsoft .NET. The .NET platform provides a robust, proven, open mobile e-ticketing platform, allowing us to quickly enhancedigiTICKET and integrate with other systems to meet your agency’s needs. digiTICKET uses the latest Web 2.0 technology to centralize administration and generate reports using familiar web browser technology. digiTICKET utilitzes two pieces of hardware: a mobile handheld or laptop computer and a mobile printer. The printers are wireless – meaning they communicate with the mobile computers without a cable connection – and use thermal technology (not ink) to print the tickets as they are created.
